Lodha Developers held guilty of pocketing flat-buyers' GST money i.e. Profiteering

By its order dated October 3, 2019, the National Anti-Profiteering Authority (NAA) held Lodha Developers Ltd guilty of profiteering in GST paid for Lodha Eternis, Andheri East. NAA ordered Lodha to pay back Mohit Arora and also 166 flat-buyers of Lodha Eternis. For BJP MLA Mangal Prabhat Lodha, who is seeking Mumbai's votes in the upcoming Assembly Elections to be held within a couple of days, this order is a major embarrassment.
