My blood test during stressful times vs when I am relaxed. A personal story. Thyroid Health Rest and maintaining a peaceful state of mind is so important. A bit of a vulnerable sharing.
For thyroid health I always try to get all my nutrients which I track in CRONOMETER. Its a free app. I also eat seaweeds almost daily. One of my favorites and a high source of iodine is dulse.
I specifically get the dulse flakes or granules and I use them instead of salt or in addition to miso in my dressings and dips.
Also the supplement I have used for about 10 years now. I discovered it when I had mold exposure and because it is iodine it has to be taken with CAUTION. I only use it about once or twice if I feel sluggish.
This is the one i use
I only use it for 1-2 days.
What balances me most is:
1. Rest
2. Meditation and Yoga
3. Hot springs if available
4. Sun
5. Seaweed
6. A very high in nutrients diet plus a lot of fruit if it is summer.
7. A daily plough pose - it's a miracular pose for scoliosis, the thyroid and expression, creativity, communication issues.
I had an extensive test - basically a full blood panel and everything was state of the art beautiful after I had the time to rest and relax plus do some yoga.
