Pioneer Cards from Gatecrash You Aren't Thinking About That May Impact the New Format

Gatecrash isn't exactly known for being one of the best Magic: The Gathering sets; in fact, it is known for being one of the most lackluster sets in Magic's history. Will Pioneer change that?

On October 21, 2019, Wizards of the Coast announced a new sanctioned format: Pioneer! Cards from Return to Ravnica to present would be the legal sets. Fetch Lands to be banned at the onset. In this Video, Jake and Joel go over a few of the not-so-obvious cards from Gatecrash that could impact that format moving forward. Gatecrash offers some cards that have been all-stars in various formats, but fell to the wayside due to bannings and set rotation. In this video, they aren't talking about Shocklands, instead they focus on the sleepers that haven't been targeted by the majority of players!
