Putin, Erdogan agree on ensuring Kurdish forces' withdrawal

Turkey and Russia have reached a deal for ensuring Kurdish fighters' withdrawal from large areas along Syria's border with Turkey. Both sides have also agreed to carry out joint patrols in the areas. Moscow says the agreement marks the end of Turkey's offensive in the region.
