The tip has to do with your elbows and wrists when taking the bar off the rack. It doesn't matter if you are a high bar, or low bar squatter this tip applies to both if you want to squat more weight. Most people over complicate things and sometimes the answer can be right in front of their face, so make sure you have the basics down and proper squat form.
