Tyler Skaggs Bombshell Report: Angels employee Eric Kay was supplier

A bombshell report by ESPN's TJ Quinn says Angels employee Eric Kay told investigators he was a supplier and did substances with late pitcher Tyler Skaggs. At least two other Los Angeles Angels team employees were said to have known about Skaggs' problem.
