First Mover Advantage: Why You Should Be First to Market

First movers into a market or pioneers in a market have a lot of advantages, like setting the consumers mind in what the product or industry means, setting prices, becoming entrenched as the defacto brand in the industry. There are also some drawback as well and we talk about second mover advantages as well.
This is a throwback to when we were at the Grand Canyon a few years ago, but the information is a bit solid even if the wind is a bit much.
