You plate to see it. A man suspected of driving while intoxicated in northwest Wisconsin last week was rolling in a car with fake license plates made from a beer box, police said. Advertisement Police said the man was stopped and flunked a sobriety test after cops received reports of a vehicle swerving in Chippewa Falls on Nov. 15, ABC affiliate WQOW reported.
