MY MORNING ROUTINE | Pre & Post-Workout Meals + Leg Day I've received so many questions about what I eat before and after my morning workouts so I wanted to create this video to give a little insight into my morning routine. I hope you enjoy this video!

Pre-workout: BREAKFAST - Avocado on Toast with Eggs

- 1 Slice Wholemeal Bread
- 2 x Soft Boiled Eggs
- 1/2 Avocado (Smashed)

Post-Workout: SMOOTHIE

- 2 x Frozen Bananas
- 1 x Scoop Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Ice
