Mistake while doing workout.

What is range of motion : While doing the workout the range of motion should be proper neither very fast nor very slow. The range of motion you can understand like this that the workout you are performing for it should get proper contraction and proper stretch while doing exercise your targeted muscle is getting contraction and stretch that means your range of motion is correct.

Note : While doing any exercise please focus on your muscle and breathing, and body posture. While doing any workout if you are not feeling comfortable please stop that right there. And some exercise do give you little pain which is normal but the posture should be correct. But if you feel unusual pain which is not normal then stop and learn to do it in the proper manner.
