The Body Electric Athletic Company is a 15,000 sq ft(ish) facility opening at 655 31st St. S. The BE Athletic will open with group fitness classes focusing on functional strength, conditioning, core stability, and recovery. An open gym for members, locker rooms with showers, childcare and a cafe will be onsite. We're into mindful fitness, as in, paying attention to what you're doing, and working with a range, pace, and load that makes sense for you. We define fitness as being able to do what you want to do with your body.
