Range MEANS NOTHING on Hand Cannons

Shadowkeep brought a number of sandbox changes and the day the content dropped I wanted to see the range nerf. I got a good base and covered it in a video, but I wanted to dive more into it and found something deeper. What if i told you that range barrels, mags, and masterworks don''t really matter on handcannons now in the grand scheme.. Would you believe me? All tests and answers inside.
