Speaking different language in front of Customers at work who don't understand it! Ok or not?

A Burnaby BC woman who was in a Shoppers Drug Mart is being reprimanded all over Social Media for being filmed angrily asking two Shoppers employees to speak English in front of her in Canada! While Arana Nation believes she could have conducted herself more professionally Arana Nation strongly believes it is bad manners for employees in a work place to chatter away in another language with each other that a customer can't understand!
