The Fortnite Bandage Bazooka has been missing for over a week in Fortnite Battle Royale. The Bandage bazooka will come back in the game when update 11.20 releases next week. While the bandage bazooka is missing from the game people arent able to complete their challenges like, heal a teammate with a bandage bazooka. Once the Bandage Bazooka comes back you will be able to complete your alter ego challenges like "Heal a teammate with a Bandage Bazooka while wearing Remedy Outfit" and will unlock the toxic skin.
