Yovanovitch describes weakened State Department, questions 'smear' campaign

Marie Yovanovitch, who served as U.S. ambassador to Ukraine until she was abruptly recalled in May of this year, testified publicly as part of the impeachment inquiry on Friday. As Yovanovitch answered questions about why President Trump had dismissed her, Trump took to Twitter to launch new attacks against her.
