5 De-Classified CIA Documents Proving UFOs Are Real
The truth is out there - Mulder has echoed this line from the TV show, The X-Files for decades. These days, the reality is catching up somehow. The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is finally releasing some of its once classified UFO files to the public. The next five cases contain shocking information the government has held back for so long. These are 5 De-Classified CIA Documents Proving UFOs are Real.
5. The Incident in East Germany 1952
After the CIA declassified their files filled with UFO reports, one file stood out, about a sighting of a flying craft in East Germany in 1952. It read, Flying Saucers in East Germany. This unusual account originated from a Greek newspaper after an airman, Oscar Linke, testified of what he saw before a judge.
4. China Sightings 1979
You would think that being a United States government program, the CIA would focus on sightings in the US, but it turns out, they were deeply interested in what goes on in other countries. Another declassified document records sightings of UFOs recorded in China during 1979.
Most of what’s included in this document are taken from firsthand information from local reporters. It turns out, in 1979, several reports were received of unusual crafts flying over Chinese skies.
3. Light Phenomena
Tashkent in Uzbekistan may seem like an unusual place for a UFO sighting but it has seen it’s fair share of unusual lights. The earliest one recorded and kept by the CIA was reported to have occurred between May to September 1947.
During this time, at least three light phenomena was seen at 5-minute intervals on the skies of Tashkent. They were seen almost every night from 9-10 P.M., heading in an east to south direction, just 50 km from Tashkent.
2. Survey at the Uranium Mines
It was 1915 when Robert Sharp first found a large uranium vein in a mine in the town of Shinkolobwe, Congo. Thanks to the massive vein, Edgar Sengier managed to obtain 4,200 tons of uranium from that one vein. The vein wasn’t just impressive in size and scope but the quality was also unique. The uranium was stockpiled by the United States and used in developing the atomic bomb during the peak of the Second World War. No other uranium mine of that high quality has ever been found in the world.
1. Sightings Over the Iberian Skies
Not only was the CIA interested in UFOs and flying crafts seen over the United States but they were especially vigilant in looking for sightings over the Iberian skies.
A declassified document shows they religiously paid attention to sightings reported in Spain, Greece as well as North Africa. One declassified file, reported in July 1953, from the Parisian special services stated several witnesses saw a “luminous, circular object” with red reflecting lights, looking like a jet plane. It was noiselessly flying northwest.
