The Question asked on FB page 'Ask a Special Education Attorney': "My 7 year old was diagnosed with Anxiety and ADHD, our pediatrician and his diagnosing psychiatrist have sent on papers about implementing a 504 plan for him. My sons school is saying that they are going to have a meeting to see if they feel he needs an evaluation and if they feel he qualifies for a 504 plan. My question is, can they deny him a 504 if his behaviors do not interfere with his grades? Can they deny him a 504 at all?"
