This is an Actual Footage of the Hero Surfer ROGER CASUGAY, rescuing his competitor from drowning. This happens during the SEA Games 2019 Longboard Competition in La Union Beach. The Hero surfer was about to finish his stunts and his the Gold Medal for the Competition but he chose to save his co-surfer from danger.
