I'm not joking, Im serious. I also love the spiritual and emotional side to it the most actually.
I've included lots of raw added in all this time. Sometimes all raw for weeks or months. My health, strength, recovery speed, energy, vitality, libido and sexual energy, fitness, muscle health, mental and emotional health, creativity and manifestational ability too have ALL increased on my mostly raw, vegan diet!!!! Less sleep needed too. No grey hair at 37. People regularly and nearly always guess I'm in my mid to late 20s. Funny eh. I also got a very positive feedback on my health from a healer lately.
Also there are very healthy vegans aged 98 (a doctor retired at 80 or something crazy) and 120 being very active and many others.
There is so much fear and confusing information out there on the internet.
Just be careful of what you hear, stay open and humble, and keep learning.
