Dosing and packing line for nuts in carton boxes or KLT

(ENGLISH) -- Dosing and packing line for nuts from M5 to M52 to be packed in carton boxes or collected in KLT containers. The product, stored into a vibrating hopper is dosed by weighing and counting with the MCWS3 Twin machine. Doses can be poured in KLT containers, entering the line stacked and separated by a denester device, or in carton boxes obtained from the flat carton by the box forming machine TRF2000 and closed in the box closing station.

(ITALIANO) -- Linea di pesatura e confezionamento in scatola/KLT per dadi da M5 a M52. Il prodotto raccolto in una tramoggia vibrante viene dosato tramite pesatura e conteggio dalla pesatrice MCWS3 Twin. Le dosi possono essere scaricate in contenitori KLT, che entrano in pile e vengono separati con l'apposito disimpilatore, oppure in scatole di cartone ottenute dal fustellato piano con la formatrice TRF2000 e chiuse nell'apposita stazione di chiusura.
