Everyone Should See This. This Road Looks As If It Starts Bleeding. Taken by my Dash Cam 12|9|2019

You can actually see the this happening but not what's causing it. The roads are rippling some of the road is sinking it also looks as 8f it's bleeding. It's dark black, red. Like the color of internal bleeding. I see this at a constant amongst other things. This is happening all around us all at a constant.BE OBSERVENT, DON'T JUST GLANCE, STOP AND STARE. PAY ATTENTION.
