This patient came back for a follow up 9 weeks post op. She was kind enough to share her experience with local breast augmentation followed with some picture of her progress over 9 weeks. She had very little volume and close to no cleavage. She chose 375cc silicone implants under local anesthesia. She was awake for the whole procedure only feeling some pulling, and pressure. Dr. Gartner made the incision on her bra fold which will be discreetly hidden by a bra or swim top. She now has beautiful cleavage and projection.
