All fruit diet with herbal teas until finished.
Step 1. ONLY EATING FRUIT
You will change your diet to all fruit. These will re-alkalize the body and start removing acid from the body. All disease is acid trapped in the body (inflammation). So we will remove all acid forming foods and only put alkaline food. Fruits are the highest alkalizing food. (Do not eat vegetables, they will slow down the detox, the body takes more time to digest them).
Citrus – Astringent they pull toxins
Berries – They rebuild immune and the brain
Melons – They Hydrate
Others – They Hydrate and add fiber
Step 2. DRINKING FRESH JUICES
You will be drinking juices to help flush the body of inflammation. The main juice that you will be drinking is celery juice. This will add all the proper salts in your body to flush and rebuild the digestive system.
Start with 16oz and move up to 32-64oz a day if you have serious stomach issues.
Step 3. Drinking Herbal Teas
You will start to drink herbal teas to really get inside the body and flush the toxins, and rebuild certain systems.
Here is some good one to start will.
Black tea, Yerba Mate
Ginger, Licorice
Lemon balm, Chamomile, Lavender
Dandelion, Peppermint
Step 4. Fermented vegetable
You will start to eat fermented vegetable every day (Probiotics)
Sauerkraut, Kemchi etc..
Things to help, dried fruit like and mangos and honey
