HOW TO EMBELLISH A FABRIC FASCINATOR 🎀

How to design a fabric base fascinator.

Materials used:
- A base fascinator
- Flower 🌺
- feathers 🌿
- thread and needle ( fishing line)
- candle glue and match sticks
- felter
- Hair band or hair pin

STEPS USED:
1. TO the already made based fascinator stitch the flower 🌺
With your thread and needle at the finishing end of the the base fabric
2. Then glue your feathers on the base to any location of your choice with your glue gun
3. Then attach your Alice band or a hair pin .
4. Finally cut a circular filter out
Then use it to finish up the work
