Let's start!

First, we will make the orange zest.
We need a bowl of water and salt.
We rub the orange with salt. It helps clear the pesticides off the peel.
Now we can peel the orange and squeeze out the juice.
Into a large bowl, we add the sugar.
We sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, we mix the oil, vinegar and orange zest.
In a saucepan, we weight in the orange juice and coffee (225 grams or 7.94 oz).
Place the saucepan on a stove and bring it to boil temperature.
Mix dry ingredients.
Into the flour mix, we add the oil, vinegar and orange zest mixture.
Try to spread it evenly into the mixture.
Add the boiling coffee and orange juice.
Mix well.
The consistency should be like this.
Pour into an 18 centimeters (7.09 inch) diameter cake mold.
Slam the cake pan, to be evenly distributed.
Bake for 35-45 minutes at 180°Celsius (356°Fahrenheit) or until a toothpick introduced in the middle is clean when pulled out.
Leave in the mold for 10 minutes to cool.
Take it out from the cake mold.
I've decorated it with powdered sugar. You can add melted chocolate if you like or leave it as it is.
