7'2" Kai Sotto is THE TRUTH!
The Filipino star moved to Atlanta and is already making big waves in the US. He's been hooping for The Skills Factory, and after only a couple games, NBA scouts were put on notice. Not only does Kai dunk on defenders and block EVERYTHING in the paint, he's got some handle too!
We headed down to Atlanta to spend a day with him and see what his life's like. First, we went to his basketball workout with former NBA coach Chuck Person. Chuck worked with Kai on footwork, handles, and his jumper. When you watch you'll see that there aren't many 7'2" guys that move like Kai.
Later, Kai got a bite to eat and then headed to P3, one of the top training centers in the world. At P3, Kai did some weightlifting and stretching. When you're his size you GOTTA keep your body right!
Finally, we went with Kai to the Children's Hospital, where he learned some exercises to improve his posture. Hit that vid and see what it's like to be Kai!
