Healthy narcissism includes healthy boundaries. When we are not nurtured properly, especially when we are used to experience our parents emotions, we may copy their behavior and pass this unhealthy narcissistic habit onto others including family and children. In order to prevent ourselves from creating unhealthy narcissistic dynamics it is important to take inventory on our behaviors and self correct on them. When we are smothered or spoiled or disconnected from our early childhood years, our defense mechanism malfunctions, creating either a to hard shell or to soft shell and preventing experiencing true emotional intimacy. Please ask about the upcoming groups and webinars. Do not forget to order the mind map video series while it is still disconnected.
