Shipwreck uncovered by storm surge in Lake Michigan in Muskegon A shipwreck that had been buried under sand just off the Muskegon coast was discovered after Wednesday's storm with strong winds and massive waves uncovered it. The West Michigan Underwater Preserve is trying to identify with wreck.

Kim McDaniel was one of the people who discovered the boat.
"We were shocked to see this boat that was not there the day before," said McDaniel.
