Which is more OP? Kipchaks or Steppe Lancers? [Game Review]

Here I review one of my 1v1s vs a player named fengxin or "Paladin" from China. We both chose Cumans for Oasis and I decided to go for the incredibly powerful Kipchak unique unit while he the Steppe Lancer. Is the Kipchak too OP, or the Steppe Lancer?
