DBs for home guide: I suggest having at least a heavy set and light set (differs person to person). A weight that's good for DB squat, DB RDL, etc. and then a lighter set that's good for bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, etc. I got mine from Dicks Sporting Goods (10s and 20s)
