Be Cautious of Wear and Tear

Be Cautious of Wear and Tear Today I’ll address a touchy subject for property owners: wear and tear. Wear and tear is a form of damage that happens in a home over the course of repeated rentals. Courts are very lenient when it comes to this type of thing, so it’s hard to file a good claim against a tenant if you think your property has been damaged. We’ve been involved in court cases before, and the benefit of the doubt, in the judge’s eyes, usually goes to the tenant. As a property owner, this is something you need to keep in mind if your property has suffered any slight damage from tenants moving in and out. To find out more, watch this short video.
