Black Sapote Nice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
4-6 Medium Frozen skinned Black Sapotes
1-2 Medium Ripe Black Sapotes (Adding Skin is optional)
1-2 Very Ripe Bananas
Toppings: (Any you would like)
We used Coconut shreds and it was BOMB!!!!
Step 1:
Prep Black Sapote the night before by skinning and adding into the freezer.
Step 2:
Add Frozen Black Sapote, Ripe Bananas, and Ripe Black Sapote into a blender.
Step 3:
Begin blending and shake blender if needed to get all the ingredients to mix well. Stop midway through to and use a spoon to mix ingredients as well to support with blending. Blend until very smooth!
Step 4:
If you dare, do the THICC Test by holding the blender upside down, the Nice Cream should not fall out! That's how you know if its THICC enough! Please be careful if you decide to test this way, lol! We are not responsible for any fallen nice creams! lol!
Step 5:
Scoop out nice cream into a cute margarita glass for aesthetic purposes. =)
Top with your favorite ingredients! I highly recommend shredded coconut!
Storing Tip:
It is best to place this recipe in the refrigerator and not the freezer. Refreezing Nice Creams don't always work the best. This specific recipe in the refrigerator overnight was awesome! The ice melts but does not make the mixture watery. Overnight made the nice cream into the BEST chocolate Pudding!
