I have recently come across a very interesting graphic, you can see it in the comments section below, which compares crypto assets to Apple, Gold, Global Stock Market and lastly, the Global Money Supply.
Value in dollars: (Figures may differ as the graphic is several months old)
Crypto: $0.25 Trillion
Apple: $1 Trillion
Gold: $7.7 Trillion
Global Stock Market: $73 Trillion
Global Money Supply: $90 Trillion
Note that as of now, the entire value of crypto assets is still a mere 1/5 of Apple's value.
It goes to show just how small the crypto market still is...
