Good on elgato for figuring out how to cut the mess (and the unnecessary cords, too! with the announcement of the 4K60 S+ at CES 2020. This solution records everything on a removable memory card, making set-up and data pull down an absolute ease. It supports HDR, 4K, and just about everything else you can throw at it -- so you're really set. The only draw back is the price tag . . .
