All you need to do is set off the fireworks on the beach at either Sweaty Sands, Craggy Cliffs or Dirty Docks.. BUT, make sure you visit the Winterfest lodge first to activate the challenge! Don't run around like we did for a solid 20 minutes and get caught out in the storm!
