This is how you make coloured flower palappam
Ingredients:
2 cups of soaked rice (soak for 8-10 hours)
3/4 cup of shredded coconut
2 tbsp of soaked rice flakes (aval) soak for 5 minutes
2 tbsp of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of yeast
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Blend all of the ingredients
Then put it in a bigger bowl and let it rest overnight
You can use spinach, carrot, and beetroot extract for colour, or use food colouring
Then put it in a palappam pan and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes at a high temperature.
