Feeling under the weather, got my comfy pjs on and I'm going to chill this evening :) I've been reading 'Younger' by Harold Lancer which is all about anti-ageing and how to look younger. He recommends exfoliating your face and your whole body every day so I am going to be testing some gentle but effective ways of doing that. I LOVE trying different beauty products and gadgets so I think this will be my favourite part of these videos! I bought The Body Shop's Shea butter body scrub today as I'd read that this is really gentle so I'm hoping it will be one I can use fairly regularly. I love having soft, smooth skin :)
