Mindbender's Ambition bug that prevents shooting after the weapon has been drawn

Video provided shows the issue that the Mindbender's Ambition has a chance to not shot shortly after being drawn.

Notes:
-The failure to shot occurs when the weapon has been drawn and is slowly resting into place
-I’ve been able to replicate this when the kinetic weapon is a light weight frame (Spare Rations, Pillager)
-I’ve tested a few other shotguns of various frames, but I’m unable to replicate the issue
-The issue has occurred in PvP and extensively tested in the Tribute Hall
