MINIMIZE HIP DIPS | Hip Building Exercises Here is a quick circuit training video to help you build your gluteus medius. Hip dips are nothing more than under developed gluteus medius muscles. Some women like them, others don't. I for one don't see them as pesky or unattractive, but because I do want to build my glutes I am working on them !
