Prof. IIT Delhi, presenting his Keynote on Participatory media, rural communitites and lifelong learning, at the OCCE 2020 (Open Conference on Computers in Education). This conference was hosted by Centre for Education, Innovation and Action Research (CEIAR) at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai Campus organized by International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) Co-partnered Indian Didactics Association. He talked about things like model for insentivizing volunteers and using the structure of Gramvaani to help the society.
