On this video I'm demonstrating how to make Matumbo(tripe) into a delicious meal and made extra tasty using the new improved Tropical Heat curry powder. I'm using beef tripe but you can also use the one from goat. Beef tripe is made from the muscle wall of only the first three chambers of a cow's stomach. Make sure to clean them thoroughly and boil until they are tender.
