VERDICT
It's my view that (at current) most top-end luxury brands aren't sustainable and we're not going to know the truth any time soon as they're unlikely to share it!!
BUT, if you're wanting to move towards making more sustainable fashion choices - don't throw out your fast fashion pieces or feel you can't wear your luxury goods. Personally I think that beyond buying ethically made items (and fewer items in general), being conscientious can be about cost per wear and wearing your items until there's no life left in them!
I hope that this video helps to give you some ideas, I find that this topic can sometimes be a bit 'preachy', but I don't think it needs to be :)
