Climbing Ben Nevis in Winter (Mental Health Awareness) In January 2020 Abbie heads back out climb Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the British Isles, this time in winter conditions. She meets up with Richard from Rich Mountain Experiences who sees her safely to the top, but along the way, Abbie realises the importance of partnering with her mental illness, rather than fighting it.
