2019 NCoV might have been developed inside of BATS at the WuHan Institute of Virology. Bats were used because of the dormant 30 day period and how a majority of certain species could over come SARS. The antibodies from these bats have the serum and vaccine for the cure. Germany and China have a joint venture on this at the WuHan Institute of Virology.

Infection rate of Novel reported at 83% in Taiwan however Virus is still new. 17% of surviving patients report serious heart problems in Taipei.

WuHan Institute of Virology has been developing new strains of the Corona Virus on rare and endangered species of animals where this practice has been outlawed throughout most of the free world. The strain was reportedly stolen from a level 4 laboratory in Canada by a group impersonating Chinese students.

Vaccines and cures will come independently from other researchers that investigate hibernation of the coronavirus in various species of BATS and then apply that same study that we learned from tuberculosis and antibodies in horses. There in itself is the cure.
I will discuss this and help various Laboratories through correspondence since this epidemic will be a pandemic in my assumption regardless of what the WHO or CDC declares.
