DILG on private roads amid Road Clearing 2.0

"Private roads are technically not covered by the road clearing operation because these are private properties."

DILG Usec. Jonathan Malaya clarifies that private roads are not covered by the directive to clear the nation's roads. Usec. Martin Diño, however, does not entirely rule out privately-owned roads from the measure, citing compliance from LGUs and private stakeholders.
