Employers in Singapore to notify authorities of workers returning from China

Employers in Singapore must notify the Manpower Ministry if they have workers coming back from China, so it can stagger their return and manage the flow. National Development Minister Lawrence Wong announced this on the sidelines of a visit to a workers' dormitory on Feb 6.
