Government accepts wide-ranging recommendations to reform family justice system

A one-stop online platform to provide support for couples planning for divorce, as well as simpler, cheaper procedures for the family justice system. These are just some of the changes that the government will be working to implement together with the Family Justice Courts and other partners. This comes after it accepted all the proposals by a committee set up in 2017 to look into creating a more effective family justice system. The proposed measures were released in September 2019.
