HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES MOIST AND RISE EVENLY AND PERFECTLY WITHOUT A MIXER | Cupcakes Recipe

I was trying a lot of chocolate cupcakes recipes but this one for me is the best and since then, I stick on this recipe. This is very easy to make, no need to use a mixer, just a whisker with your hands. If you have time to watch this video, you will see that the cupcakes rise evenly and perfectly and it's very moist, light and fluffy. Please see it by yourself. If you don't have a buttermilk, you can substitute by adding 5ml lemon juice to a 110ml milk.
