More Sweating = More Fat-Loss ? seriously true or false, i am sure a lot of you have heard about this concept of sweating more means you are burning more fat. In fact people believe that if they dont sweat they dont burn any fat or their workout doesn't amount to anything. i also used to feel the same, but with further understanding about how my body burns fat and what is actually sweating, what causes it and what is the whole concept of sweating and fat loss. i share in this video what i have learnt so that life becomes easier for you at least when it comes to sweating.
