The company was incorporated in 1976 when our first, state of art extrusion & anodized aluminium products were incorporated to domestic market. After 30 years of success, we have become one of the nation’s largest manufactures for a wide range of quality aluminium products. The aluminium profiles include such a windows and doors, showcases, curtain walls, bus body sections, angles strips and pipes. For the first time in Pakistan, Alco is proud to introduce products, like skylights, pleated blinds windows structural glaze (two/four way) double glazed & timber/aluminium windows for extreme temperatures of our country. Customized projects are also an integral part of our capabilities. In addition to that, we continue to expand our facilities with the most innovative equipment available in today’s market place. The Pakistan Alco Product is located in Lahore with a well trained & motivated workforce our factory is equipped with most modern facilities such as melting, extrusion dies making, aluminium extrusion plants, anodizing, powder coating and fabrication of aluminium profiles.

Our Facilities

Pakistan Alco Company are giving different kinds of the Facilities for our customers. Some of the facilities are listed below:

Die Shop
We have most modern designing facilities in our Die Shop. The die shop is equipped with modern computerized CNC machines and equipments, which fulfill the requirements of our extrusion plant. Our capabilities include designing and cutting of new dies for customized design section.

Extrusion Plant
Our extrusion plant is equipped with most advanced system as well as preheating and heat treatment furnaces. The extrusion plant fulfill our requirements of extruded profiles of aluminium alloys in strict conformity to the international standards for BS-6063 (British Standard) wrought aluminium profiles.

Anodizing Plant

Anodizes we have latest Anodizes production line we are producing silver, champagne, bronze and black finishes by an electrolytic coloring process, which produces clear, highly durable porous anodized film in conformity with BS-1615 having a film thickness in microns subsequent densification. Our standard film thickness are available in 15-25 microns. These anodized finishes are light fast and highly resistant to weather conditions, which guarantee first class quality through Hi-tech equipment and extensively trained engineers with stringent quality assurance and process testing. We use high class imported sealing material, which is resistant to the changes in temperature and climate, and been duly tested.

Powder/Wood Coating Plant

Pakistan Alco at is high quality; thermostat powder coating finish applied to the Pakistan Alco architectural Products. It is based on saturated polyester resins, PE-F & PE-SDF and PR-29 and PR60, which are resistance to the atmospheric aging and UV light resistance. These characteristics provide coating film showing outstanding decorative color properties and excellent outdoor durability and protection to the metal. Alco at powder coated finish is obtained by electrostatic on pre-treated aluminium
